Privacy notice

This notice explains what information EC III Network, Inc. (“EC III,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.

The short version

• We collect the information you choose to send us through our two forms, plus basic technical information needed to run the website.
• Form submissions are emailed to EC III’s business inbox. The website does not keep them in a database.
• Our website analytics do not use cookies and show us totals, not individual visitors.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Information you send us

The website has two forms. Each one asks only for what we need to reply to you.

Business inquiry form (Contact page). We ask for your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your market or ZIP code, your estimated route or project needs, your desired start date, and a short description of what you need. We use this to understand your operation, reply to you, and discuss how EC III can help.

Contractor interest form (Contractors page). We ask for your contact information (name, email address, and phone number), your company name if you have one, your home market, travel availability, delivery and installation experience, team size, how many trucks you have and their size, and the type of work you prefer. We use this to review your interest in contract opportunities and to contact you about them.

The contractor form is for initial interest only. Please do not send Social Security numbers, banking details, copies of licenses or insurance, or other sensitive documents through this website. If we move forward together, we will arrange a separate, secure way to handle onboarding documents.

If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share in that call or email.

How form submissions are handled

When you submit a form, the website sends its contents by email to EC III’s business inbox, using an email delivery service, Resend. We also send a short confirmation to the email address you entered so you know your message arrived.

The website does not store submissions in a database. They exist as emails in our inbox. Resend processes each message to deliver it and keeps delivery records under its own privacy policy.

We keep submissions for as long as we need them for the reason you contacted us, for example while we discuss or carry out work together, and as part of our normal business records.

Spam protection

To keep automated spam out, the forms check for signs of automated submissions, such as a form being filled in faster than a person could, and they limit how many messages can be sent from one internet address in a short time. For that check, the website briefly uses your IP address.

We may also use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check from Cloudflare. When it is turned on, it runs on the form pages and looks at information about your browser and device to tell people from automated programs. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the website is used. It does not use cookies. It records the pages visited, the website that referred you, and general information such as your browser, operating system, device type, and approximate location (for example, country or city).

It also counts a few actions: sending either form, and clicking our phone number, our email address, or the contractor login link. These counts help us see whether the website helps people reach us.

We see totals, such as how many people visited the Services page, not a profile of any individual visitor. Vercel describes how this works in its Web Analytics privacy documentation.

Website hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel receives technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. Vercel uses this to deliver the website, keep it secure, and troubleshoot problems, and keeps it in logs for a limited time. See Vercel’s privacy notice.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics work without cookies. The website’s fonts are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not contact Google Fonts.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the website and respond to you:

• With the service providers that host the website, deliver its email, and, if turned on, check for spam (Vercel, Resend, and Cloudflare). They process information on our behalf to provide those services.
• When required by law, or when needed to protect the rights and safety of EC III, our people, or others.
• As part of a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of the company, if one occurs.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists. We email you only in reply to what you sent us.

Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, including the contractor login, which runs on a platform operated by a separate company, not by EC III. Those websites have their own privacy practices.

Security

The website uses HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the forms.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adult contractors. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• You do not have to use the forms. You can call or email us instead.
• You can ask what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below. We may need to keep some information when the law requires it.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website or our practices change. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date.
