Gilberto Rodriguez
Director of Operations
Gilberto Rodriguez serves as Director of Operations for EC III Network and is based on the West Coast. He brings more than 10 years of service-industry experience, with extensive expertise in high-end appliance installation, customer interaction, and management across multiple markets.
Gilberto built his career from the ground up, beginning as a truck helper before advancing to Lead Installer in 2022, Team Manager in February 2023, General Manager in December 2023, and Director of Operations in January 2025.
That experience gives him a practical understanding of the work performed inside customers’ homes. At EC III, he oversees day-to-day operational execution, coordinates field teams, and works with client operations to address service requirements and resolve issues.
